Extroverts are welcomed, Introverts are Questioned 🤔
Hey Mr.Extrovert- You talk so much, know so many things, you can mix and match, you know how to handle the workforce, you'll be an asset to our company.
Mr.Introvert- Come on! Just because I'm not so talkative or mix very less with people, doesn't mean I'm working any less. I work my mind out, but really intellect has no value.
Extroverted people are always welcomed, and that's a good enough reason for them to be collaborative, socially active construed with public relations.
They get value for what they are not for what they do.
Introverted people are submissive and quiet, socially inactive and little weird for the society to question and be inquisitive everytime.
It's the nature of people and not by any choice to be one of that kind.
Why do you question me so much?
Why don't you question them for being so talkative and outspoken?
I don't falter in my daily chores, just that I'm quiet and not showy about the things that I do or the qualities I possess.
Does it make a difference?
Of course it does.
Makes sense, right?
If you are too quiet and hushed in all situations, your colleagues will make fun of you, you'll be humiliated, dominated at every point of time, be it workplace, or any other institutions per se.
They will come across many questions which are eerie and unnatural, may be uncomfortable to the extent that it sometimes become unbearable for the person who is facing those.
Thus, after so much reviews and the so called transition of our society, everything boils down to the results and petty outcomes which are subjective and beneficial for keeping the face of the society, no matter how paltry it may be.
